ChemicalsOur renewable farnesene molecule, Biofene™, forms the basis for a wide variety of chemical applications, including emollients, flavors and fragrances, surfactants, isoprene, industrial and automotive oils and lubricants. Our industrial synthetic biology platform allows us to produce a wide range of isoprenoid molecules, varying in size from 5 to 30 carbons. These can form the basis of chemicals that are used in a broad range of consumer products and industrial applications.
