Navia’s public noticestates an unauthorized actor accessed and may have acquired certain informationfrom its environment. The information involved may have included names, datesof birth, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, and healthplan information.Navia is notifying potentiallyimpacted individuals by letter where address information is available. Thiswebpage notice is intended to provide information to individuals who may notreceive a mailed notice.Individuals who receive a notificationletter from Navia should read it carefully. The letter will explain whatinformation may have been involved and describe steps individuals may take tohelp protect their information.Individuals who believe theirinformation may have been involved but who did not receive a letter from Naviashould contact Navia’s dedicated assistance line:
